Can you believe that Summer is coming to an end and it is time for school to start once again? This transition brings both excitements and concerns for a great school year. To help ease the transition and make this the best school year ever, Plan to Eat partnered with Easy Real Food to bring you Back to School with Real Food! This is our August challenge, designed to help you get healthy food in your lunch boxes and on your dinner tables as we head back into a school year.

Kiran is an Integrative Health Counselor, a mother of 4, has made a few school lunches in her mothering career, and even wrote a book about it! Enjoy a light salad that is quick to prepare with a super easy dressing.

This is always a winner with last minute (or well planned out) guests.
