Coming Up

We’re partnering with three bloggers in December to bring you allergen-friendly holiday recipes! We will be sharing two recipe mash-ups that feature a Peppermint Biscotti recipe from All Day I Dream About Food and a Spiced Cake recipe from Unbound Wellness. Our long-time blog writer, Anna, will also provite conventional recipes to complement the allergen-friendly versions.

News

Thank you to everyone who purchased a subscription on Tuesday, November 29th! We donated 10% of that day’s sales to three non-profit organizations we care about, Eat Well Exchange, Larimer County Food Bank, and The Chickasaw Foundation. In total, we donated $2,600 for #GivingTuesday! 

Mobile App Updates

We’ve been squashing bugs and working on new features for the Plan to Eat app! This month we released app version 2.9.16.

  • We renamed “Cooking Challenges” to “PTE Recipes.”
  • We refreshed several UI elements such as header titles, planner menus, modal animations, and shopping list categories.
  • We fixed a UI bug with the collapsible calendar animation in the planner.
  • We fixed a bug related to the number link next to each grocery store in your shopping list. It will now scroll you to the purchased items section of your shopping list when “Consolidate Purchased Items” is selected in your settings.
  • We fixed several bugs related to modal animations and page navigation.

Desktop Updates

The development team continued to make updates and fix bugs on the website version of Plan to Eat.

  • We renamed the “Cooking Challenges” recipe book to “PTE Recipes”
  • We fixed the Queue button in the Recipe Clipper. You can now queue a saved recipe inside the recipe clipper.
  • We updated the gift subscription welcome email.
