Hello friends!

A few months ago, we had the pleasure of interviewing Katie Kimball of Kitchen Stewardship and Kids Cook Real Food and our conversation with her went live today on The Plan to Eat Podcast!

Katie Kimball is the voice of healthy kids cooking, working to restore the health of our young generation one kitchen at a time. She’s a cookbook author, Certified Stress Mastery Educator, two-time TEDx speaker, and regular TV contributor who has shared her journey to real food and natural living since 2009 at Kitchen Stewardship, a blog that helps families stay healthy without going crazy.

Along with her 4 children, she created the Kids Cook Real Food eCourse to help other parents teach their kids to cook, build family connection in the kitchen, and supercharge kids’ confidence and creativity.

We talked with Katie about starting her businesses, her Tedx Talks about picky eating and developing critical thinking skills in kids, and how she helps families make small changes that have big impacts on their eating habits.

Katie is an expert on creating healthy eating habits and teaching kids to cook, and she’s agreed to join us again on the podcast to answer questions from our listeners!

This will be the first Q&A episode of The Plan to Eat Podcast and we need your questions for Katie to answer on the show!

Please listen to the interview with Katie (you can download wherever you get your podcasts) and then email us with any questions you would like her to answer in the Q&A.

We are chatting with her again on June 6th, so please send your questions by June 5th for them to be included in the show.

We can’t wait for you to get real, personalized advice from Katie!

Thanks!

Roni, Content Marketing Director and co-host of The Plan to Eat Podcast

P.S. Katie also wrote us a great blog post about motivating kids to cook, read it here!
